Tom's mind-body method Weightlessness is a minimalist, principle-based approach to holistic development and peak performance.
Private (and Semi-Private) sessions are comprised of strength and conditioning, flexibility, and meditation portions. These are wholly customizable and cater to the level of skill of the trainee. While we do the 'fitness', Weightlessness Training is far more than physical training, and designs old school mind-body integration and a literal unburdening of body and mind.
