*The Grow package can be split by up to 4 people. Mind-body fitness training sessions can be applied to 1-4 people at a time, but must be the same individual(s) throughout a training package. No stand-ins or replacements. For martial arts training beyond private sessions, even numbers are needed.
*Unused sessions are forfeited after indicated time period.
*Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are counted fullfilled
*Sessions start on time. If the client is ten minutes late without a courtesy call the session is forfeited.

Mind-body training sessions are adjusted to your level of fitness, skill, and experience, but can shift in composition of training pillars (strength, flexibility, meditation) based on your personal goals. Examples of common goals:

Customize Your Martial Arts Personal Training Package
Martial arts training sessions are also customized to your level of fitness, skill, and experience. Examples of common goals:
- Martial arts foundations: From striking skills to locking and controlling
